Ailee helps clients feel at ease through her humour, authenticity, and down-to-earth presence. She creates a space that feels both collaborative and safe, where clients can explore what’s been weighing on them without fear of judgment. Her clients often describe feeling grounded, seen, and gently challenged to grow. Ailee balances warmth with accountability, supporting people to reconnect with themselves and take meaningful steps toward change.

She works with individuals navigating stress, burnout, low self-esteem, or relationship challenges. Her approach combines empathy and humour with practical strategies that help clients take action—whether it’s setting goals, building new habits, or breaking old patterns that no longer serve them. Ailee draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, blending structure with flexibility. She also uses an Adlerian psychodynamic approach and attachment theory to address family dynamics and relationship patterns, and pulls from Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) when working with trauma.

Ailee believes that therapy is most effective when it feels real and human. She values curiosity, compassion, and connection, bringing these qualities into every session. Her genuine and light-hearted nature allows clients to feel safe showing up as their full selves. When she is not working, she is taking walks with her dog, reading, going to concerts, travelling, and spending time with her friends and loved ones.
