With experience working with adults, young adults, and teenagers, Micha is committed to supporting individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, addiction, identity, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Micha draws from a variety of evidence-based counselling approaches, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Having personally overcome his own battle with OCD, Micha brings a deep sense of empathy and understanding to his work with clients facing similar struggles.
